Sat Nam Yoga Spa is guided by Marilyn Gitanjali Valant, a 20-year practitioner of Kundalini Yoga technology and a devoted seeker of the Truth and a devotee of Gurumayi and a student of Yogi Bhajan for many years. She has graduated from Teacher Training directed by Hari Kaur, of 3HO organization at Prana Mandir, with Shanti Shanti Kaur and Lea Kraemer. Marilyn is also a personal trainer and nutrition and an optimal weight consultant.

STUDIO
REOPENS this Thursday, July 3 with 5:30pm class after its
closing due to Summer Solstice Celebration and Teachers Conference
in Espanola, New Mexico. Sat Nam Yoga Spa will remain open
with regular class schedule through the holiday weekend, click
on the Schedule Tab for details. New,Summer schedule will
start on Monday, July 7th with additional yoga and meditation
classes.
You are invited to MORNING
SADHANA for the Aquarian Age EVERY Saturday Morning, 5
AM - FREE and open to everyone. The electromagnetic,
neurological, and hormonal benefits of doing sadhana will
inspire you to renew your daily practice. Just sleeping
through the sunrise (or sunset) has a negative effect on your
physical body. If you get up at 4 a.m. you can avoid the adrenal
load which comes from dreaming at that time. During sadhana
you consciously control your breath, and instead of stimulating
the sympathetic nervous system with the ‘fight or flight’
response, you stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system,
allowing the body to rejuvenate. If you do this every morning
for 20, 30 or 40 years, you can see that you are going to
become a completely different person as a result. Morning
sadhana is going to change your core, because when you do
something in a habituated fashion over a long period of time,
it affects the very DNA of your body.
