Sat Nam is a Yoga Studio, a Private Holistic Yoga Spa and VACATION Getaway or Rental as well. An emotional rescue center for many, it is a safe, healing space, where by engaging the ancient wisdom of yoga, you can uplift your spirit, learn to meditate, release deeply seated stress, and get a great workout. Also, you receive private coaching and special treatments and wonderful meals.
Sat Nam Yoga Studio is open to the community and has a wide selection of Kundalini style yoga classes, while the Spa offers private retreats in the beautiful Catskill region, less than 2 hours from New York City and 15 miles from Bethel Woods.
